Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development aligned with long-term market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through agile methodologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles are embedded in all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services ahead of market demand
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological adoption scenarios
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous work in forward-looking technology projects
