- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends across at least two domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
