Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or technical project management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
