Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with company vision and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
