Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR) for implementation
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to ideate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and vendor partnerships for tech infrastructure
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 3 global divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, IoT, generative AI)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
- Experience with agile methodologies and PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers)
