- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic product roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ R&D budgets for future initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry thought leaders at global innovation forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of 2026 initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in emerging technologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ technology initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFS) or equivalent innovation methodology
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in fast-paced tech environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
