Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption (Web4, Neurointerfaces, Climate Tech)
- Architect ethical AI governance policies and responsible innovation protocols
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present future scenarios to executive board and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
- Mentor R&D teams in speculative design and prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-facing technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or tech publications
