- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio published in industry journals or major tech publications
