Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and disruptive innovations
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their commercial viability and societal impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and build actionable roadmaps for executive leadership
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic initiatives' progress toward 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technology ethics
- Advise C-suite on long-term investment decisions and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their industry applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) or technology management
- Portfolio published thought leadership or white papers on future trends
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
