Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including document processing, data entry, and record management
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders via phone/in-person
- Support department operations with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Maintain accurate databases and digital filing systems

Qualifications
