Responsibilities

- Coordinate schedules for department heads and field staff efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute official government correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or government role is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred for field liaison duties).
