Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume communications, including answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist department heads with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process incoming mail, distribute packages, and manage office inventory and supplies.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government, corporate, or non-profit setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
