Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR benefits administration or public service
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Strong understanding of ERISA and ACA regulations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Ohio residency required within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver's license for state travel
