Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 government facility security systems and alarms.
- Process and log emergency dispatch reports and night-shift public inquiries.
- Ensure strict compliance with Portland municipal codes and safety protocols during off-hours.
- Coordinate hand-off activities with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Update digital records and databases with accurate shift-related information.
- Assist in the preparation of night-shift statistical reports for city management.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and valid government-issued identification.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; additional government certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government database management.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for shift work.
