Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government operations, policy analysis, or a related administrative role.
- Strong understanding of state and local government regulations, compliance standards, and funding mechanisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
