- Assist employees and retirees with inquiries regarding pension eligibility, benefits, and withdrawal processes.
- Input and verify pension data into the government database with high accuracy.
- Prepare and process monthly pension payments and correspondence.
- Maintain confidential employee files and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure proper fund allocation and reporting.
- Conduct basic research on pension laws and update department knowledge base.
Qualifications
