Responsibilities
- Process and verify pension applications and retirement claims with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct weekend support and inquiries for retirees regarding benefit calculations and eligibility.
- Analyze financial data to ensure proper fund allocation and disbursement.
- Collaborate with internal HR and Finance departments to resolve complex pension discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government pension laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of training materials for new pension processes.
- Ensure all weekend shift operations adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pension administration, government benefits, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and government retirement systems.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately during weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
