Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in policy research and quantitative analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Louisiana state regulations and municipal processes
- Experience with public engagement methodologies
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
