Responsibilities
- Design and implement municipal programs ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare executive briefings for city leadership
- Manage cross-departmental projects with $1M+ budgets
- Facilitate community engagement sessions and public hearings
- Develop grant proposals to secure federal/state funding
- Oversee program evaluation metrics and performance reporting
- Train staff on regulatory compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 5+ years government program management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Arizona Revised Statutes
- Expertise in federal grant administration (CFDA)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with Excel/Power BI
- Public speaking and stakeholder management expertise
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Active security clearance preferred
