Responsibilities
- Manage municipal infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze data and prepare reports for city council presentations
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for community development
- Implement public outreach programs for resident engagement
- Review and process permit applications for zoning compliance
- Conduct field inspections of public works projects
- Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government or municipal experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and GIS software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
