Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in government or nonprofit program management

- Knowledge of federal and Oklahoma state regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Proven project management experience with PMP certification preferred
