Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic public outreach campaigns for state initiatives
- Manage constituent communications and government relations
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies on policy alignment
- Analyze public feedback and recommend policy improvements
- Prepare official reports and legislative briefings
- Oversee digital communications and social media strategy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government/public sector experience
- Strong writing/editing skills with policy document experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMS platforms
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- US citizenship and clean background check
- Experience with constituent management systems
