Responsibilities
- Manage, archive, and maintain physical and digital government records in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Digitize historical documents and ensure high-quality data entry into secure government databases.
- Perform routine inventory audits and organize storage facilities to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Retrieve and process records requests for government officials and departments during weekend hours.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive public information and personal data.
- Assist in the implementation of new records management software and protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Library Science, Archives, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Must be willing to undergo a standard background check and security clearance.
