Responsibilities
- Manage and organize archival materials and digital records during assigned night shift hours.
- Perform data entry and digitization of historical documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the physical and digital security of sensitive state government records.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and ensure compliance with state retention schedules.
- Assist in the retrieval and delivery of records to authorized personnel within the facility.

Qualifications
