Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions and system modifications to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Maintain and update existing system documentation, including user manuals and technical diagrams.
- Provide technical support and training to non-technical staff regarding new system implementations.
- Monitor system performance and security protocols to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and modern web technologies (HTML/CSS).
- Experience with government standards and compliance (FedRAMP, NIST) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
