Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional weekend customer service to residents at city service centers
- Process permits, licenses, and administrative documents with accuracy
- Coordinate weekend facility operations and maintenance schedules
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with government protocols
- Support community outreach events during weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tennessee driver's license (if required for travel)
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
