Responsibilities
- Provide essential public services and support during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage citizen inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and documentation during off-hours
- Maintain accurate records and reports for weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Enforce city ordinances and safety regulations during weekend operations
- Participate in cross-departmental weekend initiatives and community outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or public sector experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays as required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background clearance
- Must be available for rotating weekend shifts
