- Develop compelling, customized grant proposals and applications aligned with funder priorities

- Cultivate relationships with program staff to gather necessary program data and narratives
- Analyze funding trends and prepare competitive funding strategies
- Maintain accurate grant calendars and submission deadlines
- Collaborate with finance team to develop accurate project budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience with 80%+ success rate
- Proven track record securing grants from diverse funding sources (>$500,000 total)
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to translate complex programs into compelling narratives
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with grant databases (e.g., Candid, GrantStation) and CRM systems
- Knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and budget development
