Responsibilities
- Research and identify federal, state, and private funding opportunities aligned with our community health initiatives
- Develop compelling grant proposals and applications with persuasive narratives and data-driven budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with program officers and funding partners
- Collaborate with program teams to gather program information and impact metrics
- Manage grant reporting requirements and ensure compliance with funder guidelines
- Analyze funding trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience in non-profit or healthcare sector
- Proven track record of securing $500k+ in annual grant funding
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities for budget development and program evaluation
- Experience with CRM databases (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
