Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and future-proof systems.
- Identify high-potential technologies and drive Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to market readiness.
- Cultivate relationships with industry innovators, academic institutions, and tech thought leaders.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level role.
- Proven track record of leading transformative technology initiatives with a clear focus on future trends.
