- Courtroom Support: Support courtroom operations by managing jury call lists, preparing docket sheets, and assisting judges and attorneys during sessions.
- Security Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all legal regulations, courthouse security protocols, and privacy laws at all times.
- Record Retrieval: Retrieve and provide certified copies of documents and court orders for authorized personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Criminal Justice, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support, records management, or the legal sector is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to process high volumes of information quickly and accurately without error.
