Responsibilities
- Execute heavy equipment operations (excavators, loaders) for infrastructure projects
- Perform asphalt paving, concrete work, and drainage system maintenance
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety compliance checks
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws) for demolition and construction
- Manage material handling and storage protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams for project specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- 3+ years heavy equipment operation experience
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Certification in concrete/asphalt work preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
