Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including road maintenance, cleaning, and painting.
- Operate heavy machinery such as dump trucks, graders, and rollers under supervision.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of storm drains, catch basins, and street signs.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License is required.
- Previous experience in public works, construction, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation is a plus.
