Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide in-person and telephonic support to resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV regulations and procedures
- Utilize state-of-the-art systems to maintain digital records and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist with special projects including community outreach events and process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal information
- Support new hire training and knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary DMV systems quickly
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
