Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal preparation to final closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific guidelines.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and prepare monthly status reports for senior leadership.
- Negotiate contract modifications and change orders with client stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve contract-related disputes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal contract administration or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, SAP Concur).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with government officials.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk management and compliance.
