Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Federal Project Manager to oversee critical government initiatives in Indianapolis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of federal contracts, ensuring strict compliance with government regulations and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of federal projects and contracts in strict accordance with FAR and agency-specific policies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery and optimal cost-efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal regulations, security protocols, and quality standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to senior leadership and clients on a regular basis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within federal frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal project management or contract administration.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal agencies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
