Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts from initiation through closeout, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations.
- Prepare and review complex government proposals, RFPs, and bids with a focus on maximizing win rates.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal procurement laws (FAR) and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure project integrity and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting, procurement, or government relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
- Strong understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting high-level technical documents.
