Responsibilities
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, compactors) and hand tools for maintenance tasks
- Assist in road repair, street cleaning, and park upkeep projects
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on city infrastructure projects
- Report maintenance issues and complete daily work logs
- Support emergency response during weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass physical fitness assessment
