Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, shoveling, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs
- Operate light machinery and tools such as jackhammers, saws, and concrete mixers
- Maintain and repair sidewalks, roads, and public facilities
- Assist in traffic control and site setup for construction projects
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
- Document daily work activities and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or maintenance preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and safety procedures
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling
