Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain agency IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive citizen data

- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations following federal IT standards
- Develop documentation for IT processes and security procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
