Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Conduct regular system performance audits and hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new IT solutions.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset inventories.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in network administration or systems support.
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems.
