Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain advanced cybersecurity measures to protect federal networks from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and penetration testing.
- Monitor security alerts and lead incident response efforts to mitigate breaches.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST, FISMA, and other federal security frameworks.
- Develop and deliver technical training to staff on security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure IT architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or national security.
- Strong proficiency in network security protocols and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
