Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal IT systems and networks.
- Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory within the Albuquerque office.
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols and NIST standards.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records for federal auditing.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with federal IT systems and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and network administration.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including occasional overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to federal regulations.
