Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems and networks in strict compliance with DoD and agency standards.
- Conduct system security assessments, implement necessary patches, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting to federal employees and internal stakeholders.
- Document system configurations, troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, and coordinate repairs.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST, FISMA, and other federal cybersecurity regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related technical field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-171) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
