Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex server infrastructure, including virtualization and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions and scripts to automate workflows and improve data integrity.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and training for end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct system security audits and ensure strict compliance with state and federal information security regulations (e.g., NIST, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration, software development, or a related technical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Expert knowledge of database management systems, specifically SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance (if required by the specific department).
