Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive state data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and improve IT efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff and stakeholders.
- Document system configurations and create technical reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in network administration or systems engineering.
- Active CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.
