Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and server infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Qualifications
