Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching breakthrough products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks within the organization
- Present innovation portfolios to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for resource allocation
- Mentor talent in innovation frameworks and future-focused problem-solving techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership with 5+ years in senior roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products or ventures
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech) and market trend analysis
- Strong background in agile methodologies, lean startup principles, and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for innovation initiatives and managing cross-functional P&L
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation outcomes and thought leadership in future technologies
