Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement security controls for network infrastructure.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to security incidents in real-time.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification: Active CISSP or Security+ (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Secret clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on network security.
