Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software systems for federal government clients.
- Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and training to end-users across multiple departments.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery drills.
- Document all technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions for compliance tracking.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration, system support, or federal contracting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server environments, Active Directory, and Cisco networking.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
